ABS ON A BAD DIET
At the end of the day, getting six pack abs comes down to one thing. Consume less calories than you burn, you’ll drop weight. The opposite is also true, consume more calories than you burn, you’ll gain weight. Building abs starts with a caloric deficit. Cutting on a bad diet will increase bloat and retention from the sodium intake. But the end result should be the same. If you drop enough weight your abs will appear.
CARBOHYDRATES DESTROYS ABS
The human body mainly uses carbohydrates for fuel. Again, abs comes down to one thing. Consume less calories than you burn, you’ll drop weight. However, I still recommend you get your carbs from veggies, fruits, oatmeal, brown rice and whole grain. If you constantly get your carbs from poor sources, it will effect your skin, teeth and overall health.
NATURAL FAT BURNING STUFF
Green tea and caffeine have fat burning properties that will help you lose weight. But these only work if your diet is in control. Again, abs comes down to one thing. Consume less calories than you burn, you’ll drop weight. There are no shortcuts to getting abs. Get your diet in check then supplement with green tea or caffeine for best results.
TRAINING ABS EVERYDAY
Six pack abs are just like any other muscle. You wouldn’t train chest everyday, so why do it for abs? Treat them with the same respect like with your other muscles. To note, abs tend to recover faster then the other larger muscle groups suck as chest, back, etc. Training abs 2-3 days per week is usually sufficient.
