Welcome to my about page! My name is Lori Yu and pleased to meet you. I am a fitness/nutrition enthusiast and created this blog with my good friend Alan Yue. He is more the back end and doesn’t wish to appear publicly at this time, but eventually he will. What happened to be a side project has now turned into my full time passion.
I created this blog originally as a school project to demonstrate my word-press skills. As a teen, I always enjoyed using products (makeup, books, etc) and then I would review these products for my friends and classmates. I also love fitness, weight lifting, nutrition and dedicated a large amount of my time learning as much as I can.
I grew up playing basketball and fell in love with fitness at a young age. At that time my older sister started hitting the gym and she taught me the basics of dieting. She went on to win a local fitness show, and she inspired me to become a Certified Personal Trainer. As of last year, I am now a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I created this blog to share my wealth of knowledge and information. I am making this blog on the side and my goal is to inspire as much people as I can. I always dreamed of building a loyal list of followers. I will periodically release blog post every 1-3 days. If you enjoy my content feel free to like or share my content.
